The airtight transfer hatch, featuring flush-glazed doors, significantly reduces traffic and contamination by providing a safer and more efficient method for transferring equipment. Its design eliminates protruding or recessed areas that could harbor bacterial growth.

This hygienic pass-through is equipped with an electronic interlock system to minimize cross-contamination and pressure loss when transferring products between clean and dirty areas.

Ensures that one door of the transfer hatch remains closed at all times, thus preventing cleanroom contamination.
Constructed from lacquered steel sheets.
Interior surfaces made of 304 L stainless steel for easy cleaning.
Assembled using airtight welding techniques.
Options for a pull bar or handle, including a stainless steel pull bar.
Airtightness achieved with static sealant.
Durable stainless steel hinges.
Soundproofing and thermal insulation provided by rock wool with a density of 100 kg/m³.

Control system features red-green status lights and a piezo button.
Closing mechanism utilizes a flush electromagnetic magnet (300 DaN – 300 kg).
