Bead Head System Model: AIS

As a demonstration of our flexibility and open-minded approach, we collaborated with an architectural office to develop a customized bed head unit tailored to the requirements of a specific project. Our minimalist design, characterized by squared shapes, seamlessly integrates functionality and ease of maintenance. Manufactured using two extruded aluminum profiles, our unit is divided into three compartments: one for electrical mechanisms and direct lighting, another for medical gases, and a third for indirect lighting. The tilting cover serves both aesthetic purposes and grants access to the electrical and gas compartments. Thanks to the concealed placement of electrical mechanisms in the lower section of the unit, it seamlessly integrates into architectural designs. Additionally, it accommodates the installation of standard medical gas equipment and/or branded components.

Model: ANTEA

The integrated design of hospitalization areas is undergoing significant development. ANTEA is well-suited for wards and has primarily been utilized in VIP rooms where traditional horizontal bed head units are not desired. The ANTEA medical supply unit offers extensive versatility thanks to its various installation options. The HPL front surface provides a wide range of finishes to seamlessly blend with existing room colors or furniture. Additionally, the lockable tilting door ensures safety and simplifies maintenance procedures.

In terms of price and quality, it’s the optimal choice for equipping wards and critical areas with direct light, indirect light, and medical gases.

Featuring a single aluminum profile with three compartments—for direct light and mechanisms, medical gases, and indirect light—the unit offers convenient internal access through clipped covers. This allows for easy access and the flexibility to expand or reduce equipment as needed. Two decorative stripes along the unit act as provision for technical rails to be fixed in the profile above and below medical gases cover. Any medical gas standard can be installed in the unit.

Equipped with up-to-date reading/observation luminaires, it enhances functionality and promotes patient comfort and safety. Our system can accommodate electrical sockets from various regions, including the UK, continental Europe, the US, and other geographic areas.

The MEDICOL Patient Care Services Column has emerged in response to the market’s need for a stylish and adaptable vertical trunking system. Developed with input from architects, consulting engineers, and contractors, this product addresses the unique installation and maintenance requirements of healthcare buildings. When horizontal bedhead installation is not feasible due to structural constraints such as windows obstructing the space, MEDICOL offers a vertical solution that can be easily accessed from the ceiling void. Similar to our horizontal trunking modules, it accommodates all essential patient care services including mains power, nurse call, entertainment, medical gases, and lighting services, with the option to add more services as needed. MEDICOL can be fully customized and is available in over 360 standard colors. Our standard MEDICOL column is suitable for various applications in both new and existing healthcare buildings, provided that guidelines such as HTM 08-03 regarding the use of vertical columns are adhered to.

The TECHNOTRUNK FS MEDICOL Patient Care Services column has emerged from a market demand for a stylish and adaptable vertical trunking system tailored for open plan areas. Developed with input from architects, consulting engineers, and contractors, this product addresses the specific installation and maintenance needs of healthcare buildings. In cases where the building structure prohibits the use of a horizontal trunking module unit, such as when windows obstruct the space, the FS MEDICOL offers a vertical solution that can be easily integrated from the false ceiling. Similar to our horizontal trunking system, it accommodates all patient care services including mains power, nurse call, entertainment, medical gases, and lighting, with up to five individually screened compartments for each service, and the option to add more if required. The system can be fully customized and is available in over 360 standard colors. Additionally, it can accommodate Patient Power TV services, monitor arm attachments, IV pole attachments, and various other bedside ancillary attachments and features.

These systems are widely recognized as leading types of contaminants available in the UK market, meeting the requirements of UK HBN 53 and ISO 11197 standards.
